How We Keep Soole Along Safe
Driver Verification
Every driver on Soole Along submits their NIN, driver's licence, and vehicle documentation before they can post a trip. An administrator reviews and approves each driver before they appear on the platform or can accept bookings. Drivers who don't pass verification, or whose documents appear fraudulent, are rejected.
Trip Transparency
When a driver starts a trip, passengers with an active booking on that trip are notified. Trip status (Scheduled, In Transit, Completed) is visible to both parties throughout.
What Soole Along Does Not Currently Provide
To be transparent: we do not currently offer live GPS tracking of a driver's real-time location during a trip, or 24/7 emergency response monitoring. If you need help during a trip, contact Nigeria's emergency services directly, and let us know afterward via sooleandalong@gmail.com so we can review the trip.
Reporting a Concern
If you experience unsafe behaviour from a driver or passenger, or suspect fraudulent documentation, report it to sooleandalong@gmail.com with the trip details. We investigate all reports and may suspend accounts pending review.
Tips for Passengers
Confirm the driver's name, car colour, and plate number match your booking before entering the vehicle. Share your trip details with someone you trust before you travel.
Tips for Drivers
Confirm passenger identity matches the booking before departure. Keep your vehicle documents and emergency contact information up to date in your profile.
