Welcome to Soole Along. By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to these terms.
1. What Soole Along Is
Soole Along is a platform connecting passengers with independent drivers offering intercity and interstate ride-sharing across Nigeria. We are a booking and matching platform — we are not a transportation company, and drivers are independent and not our employees.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, whether as a driver or passenger.
3. Driver Requirements
Drivers must provide accurate NIN, a valid driver's licence, and accurate vehicle information. Soole Along reserves the right to verify, reject, or suspend any driver account, including for incomplete or suspicious documentation.
4. Bookings and Payments
Passengers pay for rides through our payment partner (Flutterwave) at the time of booking. A service commission is deducted before funds are made available to drivers. Prices, seat availability, and trip details are set by the driver and displayed at time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Passengers may cancel a booking up to 6 hours before the scheduled departure time for a full refund. Cancellations after that window, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
6. Conduct
Users may not use the platform for illegal purposes, harassment, or providing false information (including false identity or vehicle documents). Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
Soole Along facilitates connections between passengers and independent drivers. While we verify driver documentation, we do not guarantee the conduct, safety, or reliability of any individual driver or passenger. Use of the platform and any ride is at your own risk, to the extent permitted by Nigerian law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
